We are a friendly Lodge in Ivybridge, South Devon. Scroll down to read our Lodge 'History' below, beneath the 'Provincial Grand Lodge' section.

Provincial Grand Lodge of
Royal Ark Mariners of Devonshire
The last meeting of the Provincial Grand Lodge was held on 2nd September 2019 at Erme Masonic Hall, Western Road, Torquay.
The event was hosted by the Installed Commanders Lodge No.1750.
An excellent evening enjoyed by all.
HISTORY
Our warrant, consecration, and first regular meeting were all in 1907. Our first regular meeting was held on Tuesday the 12th November 1907 at the Freemasons' Hall, Princess Square, Plymouth.
In 1941, our meetings moved to Sincerity Masonic Hall, Elliott Street, in Plymouth following German bombing of Princess Square.
In 1967,the Lodge moved to Huyshe Masonic Hall at Stoke in Plymouth.
In 1992, after one meeting at the Masonic Hall, Ridgeway, Plympton, we moved to our present location in Ivybridge, and have been here ever since.

11th February 2020: Regular Lodge meeting.
In his first meeting as Commander, W.Bro. Mike Searle led us through an enactment of the Elevation ceremony, which went well.
We then enjoyed a pleasant and friendly Festive Board.

Although many of our brethren present "stood in" for absent brethren, for which we are extremely grateful, special thanks must be recorded to Right Worhipful Brother Peter Hawken for all his help at short notice.

This evening, we elevated Mark Master Mason Phil Partridge to the Ancient and Fraternal Order of Royal Ark Mariners. The ceremony was conducted in style by the brethren, well led by W.Comm. Steve Towl setting a fine example with his excellent performance.
22 of us witnessed the ceremony, and then enjoyed the lively Festive Board.
